Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Delivery Speed & Precision: In Hunger Station Job Manage the entire delivery journey from dispatch to arrival, tracking performance across seven key stages to reduce total delivery time and improve on-time success rates.
- Algorithm Optimization: Refine dispatch logic to ensure the fastest delivery routes, reduce early order cancellations, and improve the accuracy of our system estimations.
- Customer Experience (NPS): Analyze delivery data to identify pain points, implementing enhancements that directly boost customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Cost & Stacked Order Management: In Hunger Station Job – Strategically optimize stacked orders to maintain high service levels while intelligently reducing the overall Cost Per Order (CPO).
- Shift Model Expansion: Lead the transition of cities from an on-demand model to a structured shift model, including city-wide rollouts and systematic setup.
- Supply & Demand Forecasting: Optimize rider demand estimations, zoning strategies, and slot availability to ensure balanced operations in all shift-based cities.
- Fleet Innovation: Spearhead new growth initiatives, such as recruiting college students as freelance riders to expand our delivery capacity.
- Rider Performance & Support: Enhance daily rider efficiency by optimizing roster compliance, service issue resolution, and operational support tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain adaptable to evolving business needs, proactively taking on new management-assigned projects to support company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and Finance.
- Great Excel and analytical skills.
- Decision making
- Excellent communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
People Management
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department
- Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
