• Direct experience working on mega-scale international airport development, refurbishment, or expansion projects.
• Strong working knowledge of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations, airport operational requirements, and global aviation industry standards.
• Hands-on experience operating under FIDIC or similar complex international contract frameworks.
• Familiarity with BIM-based (Building Information Modeling) logistics planning, 4D scheduling tools, and modern digital construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or Navisworks).
• Experience supporting diverse delivery models including Design-Build, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), PMCM (Project Management & Construction Management), or large-scale Program Management models.
• Exceptional expertise in engaging with government entities, civil aviation authorities, and municipality stakeholders to secure operational approvals.
