About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end management of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables. You’ll align material readiness perfectly with our flight schedules and fleet demands.

Strategic Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, shelf-life management, and stock rotation to eliminate waste and optimize costs.

Asset Management: Master the repair and overhaul cycles for rotable components to keep our assets working harder and longer.

Financial & Warranty Oversight: Manage warranty administration for our engines and components to ensure we maximize recovery and maintain accurate records.

Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing team. You will drive KPIs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure every process meets the highest GACA safety and airworthiness standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Maintenance planning to solve problems before they arise. You’ll be our go-to expert for maintaining seamless, 24/7 operational support.
