About The Role
At Riyadh Air, our mission to connect the Kingdom to the world depends on one thing: a fleet that is always ready for takeoff. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive leader to take charge of our Material Management function—the vital heartbeat that ensures our engineering and maintenance teams never miss a beat.
This isn’t just about managing stock; it’s about being the bridge between Supply Chain and Maintenance. You will be the person who ensures the right part is available at the right time, keeping our aircraft safe, compliant, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operational Excellence: Lead the end-to-end management of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables. You’ll align material readiness perfectly with our flight schedules and fleet demands.Strategic Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, shelf-life management, and stock rotation to eliminate waste and optimize costs.
Asset Management: Master the repair and overhaul cycles for rotable components to keep our assets working harder and longer.
Financial & Warranty Oversight: Manage warranty administration for our engines and components to ensure we maximize recovery and maintain accurate records.
Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing team. You will drive KPIs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure every process meets the highest GACA safety and airworthiness standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Maintenance planning to solve problems before they arise. You’ll be our go-to expert for maintaining seamless, 24/7 operational support.
