  • Attendance Tracking: Closely monitor enrollment, engagement metrics, and attendance data for all scheduled training classes.


  • Progress Assessments: Meet regularly with course participants to assess their professional progress and proactively address any operational concerns.


  • Operational Partnerships: Partner with operational leaders to verify that employees are successfully demonstrating technical and leadership skills on the floor.


  • Data Analysis: Review guest comment cards, Guest Voice metrics, Medallia feedback, and other analytical data to identify areas requiring targeted training intervention.


  • Learning Transfer Measurement: Establish clear metrics to measure how effectively knowledge transfers from classroom environments to daily hotel operations.


  • Adult Learning Principles: Guarantee that modern adult learning principles are deeply embedded into the architecture of every single training course.

Required Education and Experience:
