Key Outputs and Core Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all national warehouse operations across all regional depots and distribution hubs in KSA.
• Establish, harmonize, and audit consistent operational standards for the receiving, storage, and handling of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Optimize space utilization, layout configuration, and inventory placement within the Almanhal Water Factory and external depots to maximize throughput.
• Lead the comprehensive implementation and strict enforcement of corporate HSE and internal control policies across all warehouse sites.
• Guarantee full compliance with local Saudi Arabian legal frameworks and international Nestlé safety standards to cultivate a zero-accident workplace culture.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, ensuring all personnel are trained in modern material-handling safety protocols.
• Ensure all storage, material-handling, and inventory-movement practices strictly comply with international food safety, corporate quality benchmarks, and local regulatory mandates (such as SFDA requirements).
• Oversee the transport infrastructure to ensure finished goods are distributed efficiently nationwide while maintaining the exact temperature, hygiene, and quality standards established at the factory.

Cost Optimization and Continuous Improvement

Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine the effectiveness of national warehouse operations strategies.

Identify bottlenecks and implement lean methodologies aimed at reducing operational expenditures, minimizing waste, optimizing labor wages, and curbing transportation costs.

Incorporate automated systems and metrics to upgrade existing quality-control procedures during incoming inspection and outbound dispatch.

Lead, develop, and inspire the national warehouse and logistics team, building robust operational capability across the organization.

Proactively identify individual and departmental competency gaps, designing tailored development plans, training modules, and clear career progression pathways.

Candidate Qualifications and Technical Requirements

• Educational Background: A formal University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline) is mandatory.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience as a logistics manager, warehouse manager, or supply chain head is required.
• Industry Expertise: A proven professional background within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food manufacturing, or beverage production industry is essential.
• 3PL Management: Demonstrated, hands-on experience in managing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partnerships, freight forwarders, and external transport vendors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong, deeply rooted knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Order Pick Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, Days on Hand (DOH), Warehouse Capacity Utilization, and Cost Per Pallet Shipped.
