The Role

As a Waiter Job, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining LPM high service standards.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience & Professional Background: While previous experience in a premium hospitality role is highly advantageous, we prioritize a positive attitude, high energy levels, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within our refined dining environment.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role, while fluency in French or an additional European language is considered a significant asset to better serve our diverse international clientele.

• Exceptional Guest Interaction: It is a core requirement to interact with all guests in a warm, professional, and inviting manner, ensuring that every visit to our café is transformed into a memorable and highly personalized dining experience.
• Responsive Service & Problem-Solving: You must be capable of confidently handling special requests and resolving guest concerns with efficiency and grace, ensuring that any challenges are managed smoothly to maintain complete guest satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge & Sales Awareness: You are expected to quickly master our menu, including detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods, while comfortably using your expertise to suggest daily specials and premium pairings to enhance the guest’s meal.
• Operational Precision & Accuracy: Maintaining a high level of accuracy when taking orders is critical, as is the ability to communicate guest preferences clearly to the kitchen team to ensure every order is served exactly to the guest’s expectations.
• Efficiency & Attention to Detail: You must be able to manage multiple tables effectively during high-pressure peak service hours, all while maintaining impeccable table settings and ensuring the dining area remains polished, professional, and visually inviting at all times.
