Turnkey Renovations company is offering Civil Engineer Job / Junior Project Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.

In Civil-Engineer , you will be the bridge between design plans and onsite execution, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality , safety. and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor and Supervise daily activates and make sure things execute as per drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and team on site and also with client to make sure timely project execution in line according to the agreements.
• In Civil Engineer Job You have to review the Technical Drawings to find out the issues and discuss with team for better solution
• Conduct the Quality Checks.
• Tracking the Material Delivery and manage the site logistics Operation.
• Ensure the health , Safety , and environmental regulations.
• conduct inspections and ensure snags/defects are resolved promptly on time with client coordination

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a site engineer (preferred work in Dubai construction industry)
• Strong Knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai rules and regulations
• Good Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc..
• Good Communication Skills with Team management and Client Handling
• Preferred UAE Driving License and Own Car
• Good understanding with Drawings
